| 2008 Junior
Open Golf Competition: Thursday 31st July
CONDITIONS
1. The tournament played over 18 holes will
be open to amateur boy and girl golfers under the age of 18 years on 1st
January 2008 and who are members of recognised golf clubs and
will be played in accordance with the R&A Rules and Local
Rules.
2. Entry Fee £3.00.
3. The competition will be played over one round medal play.
4. Starting times will be between 8:30 am and 12:30 pm.
5. The closing date for entries will be SATURDAY 26th July.
6. The person returning the lowest scratch score will win the Lennie
Park Putter.
7. The person returning the lowest net score will win the John
Watson Trophy.
8. The Lennie Park Putter and the John Watson shall be retained
by Turnhouse Golf Club.
9. No competitors may receive more than one prize.
10. In the event of a tie, winners will be declared over the last
9, 6, 3 holes, or last hole and thereafter as the competition committee
decide.
Entrants will become Temporary Members of Turnhouse Golf Club
for the day of the Competition.
