CONDITIONS
1. The tournament played over 18 holes will be
open to amateur golfers who are members of recognised golf clubs
and will be played in accordance with the R&A Rules and Local
Rules.
2. Maximum handicap allowed is 24.
3. Requested tee-off times will be met as far as possible.
4. Entry Fee £8.00 includes £1.00 sweep. Competitors
withdrawing after Monday 28th July will forfeit the entry fees.
The entry fees are not transferable.
5. All enquiries together with entry fees should be submitted on
a standard Official Lothians Golf Association Entry Form or provide
particulars of Name, address, Telephone, Date of Birth, Club, Handicap, preferred Starting Time and SAE.
6. The closing date for entries will be Saturday 26 July 2008 but
entries will be limited to the first 126 received.
7. No competitors may receive more than one prize.
8. In the event of a tie, winners will be declared over the last
9,6,3 holes, or last hole and thereafter as the competition committee
decide.
9. The competition committee reserve the right to reject any entry,
to revise handicaps or to alter or amend any of the foregoing conditions.
10. There will be no presentation of prizes. Prizes will be sent to competitors' home address or club if no address available.
Catering facilities will be available.
Entrants will become Temporary Members of Turnhouse Golf Club for
the day of the Competition.
